Coaching is about change, it is about the client deciding for themselves that they need to change, this change can be movement away from old or negative situations, e.g. stress, pressure, getting out of debt, dealing with difficult work environments or relationships or conversely can be movement towards new or positive situations such as developing new skills, being more assertive, job satisfaction, better balance or more fulfillment in life.
