Team Win - TheMat
Teams are challenged to cross an electronic mat which represents the journey they are currently on, and all the associated obstacles and opportunities of that journey. Using the simple but powerful metaphor of a journey, teams are able to reflect on their own shared vision, goals and priorities; they create a process to help sustain momentum milestone by milestone, step by step and leave with a philosophy to help inspire and enable high performance teamwork and leadership back in their own organizational context..

Terra Nova™ by On the Mark
Terra Nova is an absorbing business simulation in which participants must literally build a new land, using K’nex™ toys, and a diverse range of skills including creativity and dialogue. Participants work in seven teams toward a common organizational goal, along the way they experience the emotional, functional and positional barriers that create workplace dysfunction and conflict. Throughout the activity teams are given the opportunity to stop, refocus and reassess the behaviors that will enable their success.

- Introducing a new direction or product to an organization, ensuring alignment, commitment and an understanding of roles within the process eg. organisational change.

What’s Possible? is about motivation. It’s about getting more out of life, including much better business results. What’s Possible? provides participants with the knowledge, skills, tools, and experiences that will instill the belief that what is being asked of them is indeed possible. The program changes the way participants approach challenges, make decisions and solve problems. They learn and practice What's Possible? principles by bringing them to life in engaging activities.

Human Synergistics™ Survival Series
From helicopter crashes to surviving the Australian Bush, these survival situations, set in unfamiliar locations, allow group members to participate as equals- regardless of rank or position. By starting on equal footing, participants have the opportunity to fully participate, focus on group processes, such as decision making and communication, and analyse their contributions to the quality of the team's performance.

Dynamic Display
Teams are challenged to construct a wooden structure in the fastest possible time. Participants will have the opportunity to attempt this challenge numerous times over the course of the activity. The difference between their first attempt and their final try is enormous – so enormous that their final accomplishment at the very outset would have appeared “impossible”. This activity enables participants to explore their contributions to the quality of the team's performance

Tu Casa, Mi Casa explores communication hurdles and solutions. The program equips participants with the skills and tools they need to be more effective communicators with customers, employees and peers. This experiential activity teaches participants tolerance and understanding for viewpoints that differ from their own. Participants also learn how to influence the outcome of situations and other people while remaining respectful of differing viewpoints.

Participants learn how to act decisively, communicate effectively and change course mid-stream while continuing to be accountable for results.
