Often at the end of a training course all that is left is a manual and some
good intentions. At ian mcclean and partners our learning environment is
active and experiential rather than tutorial, using stories, visuals, interactive learning exercises, music and other sensory impacts to convey the messages. Learning is facilitated rather than taught in an environment which encourages participants to share experiences and practical examples while exploring and practicing new skills and ideas. At the end of every workshop participants are set challenges to integrate what they have learned into their worklife ensuring practical and lasting results.
