Sales is about achieving results through building better relationships. If we do this effectively customers not only buy again and again, they recommend that other people buy too!
Never has business development been so important. Where before many businesses could just wait for the order now they need to be proactive, look for opportunities, develop sustainable relationships and ask for the order. This is no longer a luxury, but essential for the survival of many businesses right now. Many businesses failed to develop this core survival competency in the good times simply because it wasn’t necessary.
We aim to work with the sales force to get them to examine what they do in a different way and help them to develop the attitude, skills and approaches to enable them to ensure the business thrives.
